SSINVEST
Total investment required for the implementation of `Project Imobilario' is estimated at $1,000,000.00 not including land acquisition, and pre startup costs.
Once the necessary approvals have been obtained from the appropriate agencies, site development and construction is expected to require 18-20 months.
SSINVEST is acting to purchase the required lands and to have on the proposed completion date a quality facility to receive tourists and travelers.
Resort Exodus will enjoy the benefit of a Resource-Based Tourism License and prominent exposure as a choice destination in Ontario's Wilderness Region.
Executive Summary
Completion of Project Imobilario and startup of integrated operations for Resort Exodus is projected for April 1, 2012. Resources to complete all pre star-up work have been allocated by `The Proponent' SSINVEST Northern Developments Inc.

The scope of the project will receive intermittent review during the feasibility study and business plan development stages to determine options for an investment strategy that could include a two phase plan. Once enough data is available, and a decision is made as to the appropriate mix for a business model, the level of capital investment and final project budget will be approved.

Foreseeable, ten year forecasts for the project's performance will have an industry standard R.O.I., given a 20% initial equity investment and full repayment of capital financing in the same period. Substantive short and long term positive economic impacts and spin-offs locally are expected to be important factors in gaining both public and agency support for this initiative and its required approvals.

Conclusions and Recommendations

Project Imobilario is contingent on approval by The Proponent of a `Feasible Business Plan' and obtaining the following after any necessary third party independent consultations:

Support from M.O.T. / M.N.D.M.F. and agreement on licensing and marketing partnership for the proposed facility enhancement,
Agreement for the disposition by O.M.N.R. of required Crown land after completion of the appropriate environmental screening process,
Offer by BDC of appropriate financing package that meets project needs.
