Hydro One Networks is to confirm the ability of supply from the distribution line traversing the property for the required energy for Project Imobilario. This is expected to be 2X400 amp services to a central locations.
A communal class IV system is proposed for use by the Kenogamissi Chalets and Wawaitin Hall. This is to be confirmed, or an alternate proposed and priced, by an engineer who has completed a site inspection and necessary ground tests.
City Zoning and Building Permits
The lands in the proposed facility enhancement area are currently zoned Rural Agricultural. A rezoning to Commercial Resort is appropriate and will be sought. Construction drawings developed from the attached sketches will be compliant with local building codes and form part of the `Final Business Plan'.
Scope & Drawings
These are necessary professional opinions and work that must be conducted and included in the `Final Business Plan' which is expected to form part of the public record for a Tourism Crown Land Disposition. Implementation will not begin until O.M.N.R. has issued instructions for a survey, same has been completed, and tenor arrangements executed.
Land Survey and Site Plan
The availability for purchase of the required lands indicated in the location map should be ascertained prior to the release of the RFP for a feasibility study and implementation plan for `Project Imobilario'. The `Final Business Plan' will include a site plan based on the draft below and pre-approved by the study's steering committee.
